The service dept. provides consistent excellent maintenance of my Kia vehicle. They provide an assessment and price of what is needed and the work is done very efficiently. The service staff is always helpful and pleasant to interact with. They check to be sure everything is working properly a few days after a repair is completed as well. They do a commendable job!

We have purchased 2 vehicles here. Those experiences were fine. We have been coming back for several years for service on the vehicles. Even though we have to drive at least 30 miles each way, it’s worth it! The service department does a fantastic job every time. Jesse Job takes great care of us. We trust him completely. There is a female employee in the department who also does a fine job. (I’m so sorry I can’t think of her name.)

The service manager was excellent. He took the time to explain how to understand some of the apps my wife and I couldn’t. He offered additional services we might need, cabin filter and tire rotation, which we did. He got our car in and out in a timely manner, including assisting me with non-service related issues.

It's very family friendly with popcorn and drinks while you wait. I know my son enjoyed the popcorn. The receptionists are super nice as well. I made an appointment with this dealership to purchase a used late model KIA that I had previously test-drove and liked. The advertised price was barely within what NADA/KBB listed as "fair price" range but I was hopeful to still make a fair deal. The dealer was also told up front that I wasn't interested in any add-ons like the sketchy $190 nitrogen tire fill they add to every new and used vehicle.
